*cellhelmet Screen Protectors are not indestructible and should be handled with care. These terms and conditions are only in relation to cellhelmet Screen Protectors that display "coverage included" on the front of the packaging. Reckless behavior may result in a damaged device. We recommend that you always have a case on your device. All damage reports are subject to a $25 handling fee. The failed screen protector must be included with your device, when shipped in for repair, to confirm damage consistency. The cellhelmet Screen Protector glass scratch coverage only applies to screen scratches. Screen breakages and cracks are not covered by the cellhelmet Screen Protector glass scratch coverage, nor are damages or issues with the device. The cellhelmet Screen Protector glass scratch coverage will last one year from the date of original purchase. Must be a resident of the United States or Canada to be eligible for the cellhelmet Screen Protector glass scratch coverage. cellhelmet Screen Protectors may be purchased outside of the United States or Canada, but will not include any glass scratch coverage. The cellhelmet Screen Protector glass scratch coverage must be registered within 30 days of purchase, by the customer, at www.cellhelmet.com/Register. Failure to register cellhelmet Screen Protectors within 30 days of purchase will void all glass scratch coverage. We reserve the right to deny any claim. Damages assessed as abuse will be denied. Costs associated with shipping a device in for repair are the responsibility of the customer. cellhelmet Screen Protectors cannot be returned after the registration code has been revealed. All returns must go through the store where cellhelmet Screen Protectors were purchased. cellhelmet coverage is non-transferrable and each package of protectors can only be tied to one device. cellhelmet Screen Protectors are not to be purchased for the repair/replacement of a previously damaged device. We recommend that you backup your data before sending a device in for repair - we are not responsible for lost data. Passcodes must be turned off prior to repair, in order to verify device and test functionality. Damaged devices will not be returned, when a replacement device is issued. Some repairs may void the manufacturers warranty. Replacement cellhelmet Screen Protectors will be issued free of charge - a flat $2.99 will be charged for shipping and handling, at the time of replacement.
